DMT (N,N-Dimethyltryptamine), often referred to as ‘The Spirit Molecule’ is a naturally occurring chemical found in plants and animals. It is found in the shrub Psychotria viridis, the source of DMT in Ayahuasca brews.
DMT can also be smoked in crystal form, which produces an intensely psychedelic and hallucinogenic experience that generally lasts no longer than 20 minutes.
DMT that has been extracted from plants is largely illegal worldwide.
